Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@kultcases.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

 

  • All shipping expenses for returning the item remain the responsibility of the customer.  A pre-paid return label may be provided to you upon request with a $4.95 fee which will be deducted from the refund amount to your original payment method.
  •  There is an issue with your item and you have discovered we are at fault, please take pictures of the defected or wrong case sent to you and attach them to the order email with an explanation.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

WARRANTY
12 month international warranty – we’ve got you covered
KULT phone cases do not break. Prints of KULT phone cases do not fade or peel off. We’re 100% comfortable that your phone case will serve its duty, that’s why every purchase you make is protected by a 12 month international warranty.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 

Kustom Cases are one of a kind and are specifically manufactured for you; therefore, we cannot exchange or refund any customized products under any circumstances unless the product has a manufacturer's defect. So, We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@kultcases.com.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically refund your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return-Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product, with RMA number and copy of the receipt, to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
