Very good looking cases, great service when I accidentally got 1 wrong case and they fixed it within a couple of days with a replacement that I am waiting for now.
Received my case yesterday, looks just like the pictures. Also from the first impression case looks sturdy and protective, will see how it will hold up
At the beginning when I placed my order, everything went well. After a few days, I noticed that the status of the track-and-trace didn't get updated. I contacted the customer service for checking this. They said something went wrong with the local post office. So they resent the order and then everything went well. I corresponded a few more times with the customer service and from the beginning they always replied very quickly and took the necessary actions right away
I bought a screen protector and the upgraded phone case. The screen protector came already broke, this happened during transit and was not their fault at all, but they still refunded me anyways. The case is GORGEOUS and protects my phone extremely well. It took about 3 weeks for the case to come in, but trust me it's 100% worth it. I'm already looking at the next case I'm going to buy!

Very pleased with my purchase. Due to weather conditions and the postal service problems, my order was running late. I received an email explaining the situation and an apology and an estimate on when my order would be picked up. When I did get my order I loved it! Great material, fit great. And the colors are very bright and vivid.
